I am an expert in empowering brands to unlock their full potential to fuel success and and growth and I believe

that everything starts with a strong brand purpose and putting the consumer at the heart of everything that you do. Consumer centricity and storytelling are key.  Successful brands also manage to build consumer awareness and brand love through passionate advocacy.

I propose analytical support, strategic guidance and operational execution. Having a sound and future-proof strategy for your brand and business is key, but my experience shows that the key challenge lies in executing that strategy with excellence and getting all relevant stakeholders behind it.

Who I am

Heike Panella

With over 25 years of international experience in marketing, sales, general management and business transformation, I am a senior executive leader and more recently a management consultant, advisor, keynote speaker and interim executive. Having worked for over 20 years at L’Oréal, Beiersdorf and Pierre-Fabre, I have extensive knowledge and experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry and in consumer healthcare brands, skincare brands and brands sold in pharmacies and a track record of delivering strong and sustainable business results. 

 

After 10 years of management roles in L'Oréal's fast moving consumer goods division (L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline), I led for over 13 years various business units, regions and brands in the field of dermatological skincare for L'Oréal (La Roche Posay, Cerave etc.) Beiersdorf (Eucerin) and Pierre-Fabre (Eau Thermale Avène). I have a wide range of experience in operational leadership roles (country and regional responsibility) as well as in leading brands on a global level being responsible for the brand strategy, marketing and product innovation as well as the P&L

(Eau Thermal Avène and Eucerin).

 

In 2022, I set up my own consulting company in Paris. Since then, I have been working on growth strategy projects for a retail brand, beauty and OTC brands.

 

Besides being a people developer and an inspirational and coaching leader, I am known for strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and an ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and markets. I also bring strong expertise in building culturally relevant, consumer-loved brands.
